The purpose of OxaPay's referral program is to encourage users to refer their network to use OxaPay's crypto payment gateway and earn a commission of 30% on each payment transaction made by their referrals. This means that if someone refers another person who uses OxaPay's merchant crypto gateway, they will receive a commission of 30% on each transaction fee (30% * 1.5% * Referrals' payment amount).
